As we can see Venice is unique,because it is a old city every beautiful vision all happened at Venice.In other words God made Venice,make it more crystal clear and tend like the romantic dream.But it’s not all the truth  Venice is a beautiful dream also tears. At the beginning of the story we can see they are all melancholy about money and race.We even don’t know why the beginning of the story is melancholy cause we all know The Merchant of Venice is comedy.Venice is the center of Rinascimento Italiano full of bookish charm also full of copper stench,like heaven like hell.Shakespeare try to create a city like Utopia,moreover reflect the ugly side of reality.Using conversation to perform the relationship with ironic .A pound of meat and three thousand gold is the control to humanity and law we can’t abandon humanity as well as can’t violate the law.These two things make contract have a sacred irresistible color.Explain that the contract have relationship between God and humans it is unshakable.
